Welcome to TaskGlider! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our virtual assistant services (“Services”) and website. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Services Overview
TaskGlider provides premium virtual assistant services, including but not limited to administrative support, logistics management, legal assistance, and other business-related tasks. Our Services are designed to help businesses and professionals streamline operations, increase efficiency, and focus on growth.
2. Service Agreement
By engaging with TaskGlider, you (“Client”) enter into a binding agreement with us. The specifics of your Services, including scope, fees, and duration, will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Order Confirmation. These Terms are incorporated into and form part of that agreement.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Pricing
Fees for Services are outlined in your Service Agreement.
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
3.2 Payment Terms
Invoices are issued monthly or as specified in your Service Agreement.
Payment is due within 10 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur a fee of 3.0% per month.
3.3 Fee Adjustments
TaskGlider reserves the right to adjust fees annually by 2.5%, effective after the first year of service.
4. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely information necessary for TaskGlider to perform the Services.
Notify TaskGlider of any changes to your needs or requirements.
Refrain from requesting illegal, unethical, or abusive tasks from our team.
5. TaskGlider Responsibilities
Perform Services with professionalism, skill, and care.
Maintain confidentiality and security of Client information.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
Any materials, documents, or deliverables created specifically for you (“Deliverables”) are your property.
TaskGlider retains ownership of pre-existing materials, tools, and methodologies used to provide the Services.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information and use it solely for the purpose of providing or receiving Services. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business plans, financial data, and client information.
8. Data Security
TaskGlider employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption and secure payment processing. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
9. Holiday Schedule
TaskGlider observes the following holidays. Services will not be available on these days:
January 1 – New Year’s Day
January 20 – Martin Luther King Day
February 17 – Presidents Day
April 18 – Good Friday
May 26 – Memorial Day
June 19 – Juneteenth
July 4 – Independence Day
September 1 – Labor Day
November 27 – Thanksgiving Day
November 28 – The Day After Thanksgiving
December 24 – Christmas Eve
December 25 – Christmas Day
December 31 – New Year’s Eve
10. Termination
10.1 By Client
You may terminate Services with 30 days’ written notice.
10.2 By TaskGlider
We may terminate Services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or unethical/illegal requests.
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you will pay for Services rendered up to the termination date.
11. Limitation of Liability
TaskGlider’s liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding a claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in King County, Washington, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
14. Force Majeure
TaskGlider is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
15. Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Non-Solicitation
During the term of this Agreement and for 2 years thereafter, you agree not to solicit or hire any TaskGlider employee or contractor.
17. Third-Party Services
TaskGlider may use third-party tools or services to provide the Services. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and TaskGlider and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
20. Waiver
Failure by TaskGlider to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
